Ban in Russian forum

I comunicate in RU-forum to, and i was banned.

However, i can use chat and english/german forum.

Why i can do it?

If it is a mistake, moderator should to unban me in Russian community or to ban here...

It tells you damit, go to the thing that you got banned on, or look for it. Then complain.

I believe that your Russian forum account (http://ru.tankiforum.com/index.php?showuser=675398) has been temporarily locked by a Russian forum moderator or administrator, but the only reason I think this is because the same thing occurred to a member of our forum. 

I think that the best thing you could do would be to contact a Russian forum administrator, although this would be difficult seeing as your account is locked. If you were temporarily locked from your Russian forum account, then it should be accessible within a day or so.

Right now, it is impossible to view his profile which is why it would be difficult for him to discover what he might have done wrong. Also, moderators may well have hidden the posts that resulted in this consequence.

 

Both forums are totally different to each other and as u registered to the Russian forum first u will not be banned from the English forum

I don't believe that this is true. If you are banned on one forum, you will be banned in the game chat as well as on the other forum communities.

Я считаю, что ваша учетная запись русской форум ( http://ru.tankiforum.com/index.php?showuser=675398 ) был временно заблокирован российской модератором форума или администратором , но единственная причина, я думаю, это потому, что то же самое, произошло с членом нашего форума .

Я думаю, что лучшее, что вы могли бы сделать , чтобы связаться с российской администратору форума , хотя это было бы трудно видение , как ваша учетная запись будет заблокирована. Если вы временно заблокирован из вашего счета российского форума , то он должен быть доступен в течение дня или около того.

You are right, my account was locked in Ru-forum. But I am not banned at chat! And any punishment should be common for all clasters, aren't it.

I have written to the "help@tankionline" and they answered me, that I am not banned! It is possible?

We have no jurisdiction over Russian mods and Russian community. Hence, if you've been banned by a Russian staff member, you have to contact their administrators and complain to them directly, there is no point raising the issue here: http://ru.tankiforum.com/index.php?s=a732c2be22c83a458f92541aab1f9d79&showforum=256

 

 

And if tech support answered you, then the case is solved. Any further questions and complaints you should send to them.
