Let them come

 

“They cometh to seek the event that is about to take place”

 

“Only by destiny and by fate will the mortals be permitted to try to unlock the mysteries surrounding the event, it cannot be prevented. Many who live within their respective universe will perish, but for the greater good”

 

“You refer to thee who dwell within their universe as mere mortals? These Gods may have the power to destroy galaxies! And beyond!”

 

“Their power is great, but there are greater forces that bewilder the might of thee still! For here thy stands!”

 

“Yes, you are truly all powerful, you are God”

 

 

“We are fast approaching the location my king”

 

We were closely approaching the location surrounding the event. As we passed over the next few million stars at twice the speed of light.

 

“The resistance of the teleporter is steadily increasing, we do not know yet why”

 

But I simply ignored what my servants had been informed me, for the desperation that craved within me exceeded that of my conscious thoughts.

 

“Stop!”

 

Suddenly our journey was abruptly halted and were thrown into violent free-fall; as if a mighty quake had suddenly hit us all! Throughout all my years of battle I have never endured such brutal force, there could only be one being powerful enough to exert such power in one swoop.

 

We had passed into the realm of hormeshu….

 

“I cannot let you continue Olympian”

 

“Hormeshu, we travel in peace, we do not wish to cause you or your kingdom any harm, and we must reach the point of which the convergence takes place before it is too late”

 

“You dare to INVADE MY REALM! To make preposterous propositions to a being like I! And why should I take orders from insignificant mortals such as yourselfs?”

 

“Because the breath of you and I breed on it”

 

And mighty hormeshu turned around to reconcile with his elite servants

 

Finally…

 

“Although mortals like you rarely gain my attention, I too am most interested in this great ‘wonder’ you speak of. I shall follow you to uncover this mystery! ”

 

“I must warn you hormeshu that what we are about to meddle in may be far beyond even your might”

 

“Barbaric! No one is more powerful than hormeshu! No one!”

 

Hormeshu was too caught up in his pride and ignorance to acknowledge the force that we truly face….

 

Though trembling, we continued; accompanied by hormeshu, to the location that we sought to bear.

 

“This is the location of the convergence!”

 

And there were many planets surrounding the place which we sought, full of pitch black and darkness, and in the centre of all the choreography, laid a single planet, glowing blue and red in all directions.

 

On this “mysterious planet” were glowing blue acres of all sorts, as we edged even closer to the source of power…

 

“Olympian, I’m glad that you finally made it here”

 

“Who is he?”

 

“I should have slayed you all those years ago, tis I was too foolish sparing mercy upon you and was blinded by my own self afflictions”

 

“You were always after what one’s heart would cease to overcome, mercy and compassion. You had the chance to kill me then and now, I will admit you pulled one over me. Instead you banished me, forcing me and my rule into exile… I laid and suffered for thousands of years, did you not think that I would one day rise again?”

 

Indeed, he speaketh the truth, for I was overcome by my tenderness and compassion.

 

A costly mistake, not only has he beaten me to the source but also yielded its power, then I realized “Insanity! Ostronage is not worthy of its power, so why was he allowed to live extracting its contents! ”

 

The convergence hadn’t and was about to take place…..

 

“Ostronage! I beseech you to hear my call! You are not worthy of its power nor are you to be the one to yield it, for you will surely die!”

 

“Silence! I refuse to listen to your pleas, for I too had pleaded to you thousands of years ago, and was still banished in return, I have finally unravelled true and infinite power! I shall now control the heavens! And rule the universe, as its true and rightful ruler”

 

“But first, I think I shall start by returning favour you did me all those years ago…”

 

“Hormeshu has had enough! I will incinerate this imbecile once and for all”

 

“No hormeshu!!!”

 

The convergence! The convergence!

 

A bright light and a mighty blast suddenly took upon us, hormeshu blasted the source with all his might, but even he was Lilliputian as he was mercilessly dragged into its source. He lived no more...

 

The explosion was so great that I then fell in a very deep sleep.

 

“Olympian open your eyes!”

 

I struggled to awaken yet I still had life in me

 

“Who speaks?”

 

“It is I Varos, I had just teleported you to safety”

 

“And what happened to ostronage?”

 

And I had then learned that he died; in the worst death imaginable, he had tried to seize power from the highest of highest, he would suffer in flames eternally for what he had done.

 

“Do not fear Olympian! For I too was a chosen one! That is why I was able to save you, you were almost killed by the explosion during the convergence!”

 

“But the convergence had already happened, yet what the scroll had read does not seem to have taken place”

 

“There are 3 events, 2 have already passed, we were very lucky to be alive, many had died, others had survived”

 

“So he is here, in our universe? “

 

“Yes”

 

“Then we must find him”

 

 

The finale to this epic story will be next week friday :p
