"Under review" means that it's a valid idea that has a good chance of being added to the game and is now awaiting approval from developers. But due to the fact that we get about 100 new ideas per month and developers can only implement around 5 of them in the same time, there will obviously be a lot of ideas still awaiting developers decision regarding them.

 

But if you sort the topics in an alphabetical order, you will find all the Declined, Planned, Started and Completed ideas, thus proving that not all ideas are under review ;)

Maybe not. M4 would the final M-level but just not an upgradeable level. So this way, you can have an M4 in a PRO battle.

But How ******* expensive will the MU'd M4s be? 4-5 million each? *cough* buyers and non-buyers *cough* :blink:  That would be such a terrible idea, to introduce true M4s. In addition, Legend players can play with M2s, so they would have to add even MORE ranks..Not going to happen (hopefully) :ph34r: .

I doubt M4s will have MUs if added. Also, M4s probably only purchased thru MUing M3s or...

Unimaginably expensive. But if you think price is a reason it won't happen, I have one word for you - Paints.

 

The M2 inequity is more concerning, and I believe that rank slider bar should only have about 3/4 the breadth it currently does. As you said M4 can already play with M2, although I suspect the only M2s who stay in those battles are highly skilled thrill seekers, researchers, or just plain masochists.
