Hey guys. There are many good modern laptops out there in the world today. Some are good, and some are bad. Here you could share your opinions about choices. So if you had a choice between any on my pool poll, which would you get, and why? Please don't talk about desktops here. I will make another topic soon.

Official links to them:

Xps 13

Xps 15

Spectre x360

Yoga 900

Alienware 17

If you have any recommendations, feel free to mention them.

Unnecessary.

I'm going with Lenovo as they have the best build quality out of any manufacturers listed in your post.

I'm surprised Asus didn't get mentioned anywhere at all?

I'll get there. I don't have much time to add everything all the time. I'll add many this weekend.

Get an XPS 15, it's amazing. Though, I'd recommend something rather like the Surface PRO 4 or Surfacebook, which are both about the same price as XPS

Reason is that they aren't typical laptops, and yes, i want an xps 15, but pricey...

I like dell/Microsoft because they are trustworthy.

Don't worry guys. This weekend, this topic will have way more variety and be way better in general.

I'd get this, if I were to game on a laptop. But for now, gonna stick with my PC ; )

MSI GS60 Ghost Pro

Specs: i7-6700HQ w/ GTX 970M

Pretty OP, huh? Only problem with it is its battery - nearly 2 hours of lifetime if only used on basic browsing.

I think you have a huge misconception about the Surface PCs. They are directly manufactured by Microsoft, which means they are much more trustworthy than any other laptop. Their specs are also pretty decent.

By the way, have you heard of Maingear? They make very powerful desktops, and some models are even cheaper than both XPS and Surface. If you are fine with a desktop, I definitely recommend it. This is their website, if you're interested: http://maingear.com
