Whats going on with people targeting wasps in xp/bp?

I use wasp m2, and every xp/bp battle I play, I get targeted by a majority of the enemy. Desert DM, I spawn and sometimes am lucky to even get a shot off. Poly CP, same thing, cant survive for a second in the center. So why do people target the wasps?

The real question is, why do you use BP in Poly CP Battles. Poly CP needs Turrets with quick reloads, Railgun is horrible unless you're in winning team and camp in the little ramp thing. In the centre, is mostly Firebirds, Freezes, Isidas and maybe some Twins/Ricos, which will all deal lots of damage to you. I suggest that you use a heavier Hull like Dictator and a Turret Like Rico/Twins/Fire/Freeze. Hope this helps! :)

Geez! Calm down! Just because I didn't read the question properly, doesn't mean that I'm now a 'smart alec.' In Poly CP XP/BP Battles, you're the lightest Hull there (hence, probably easier to flip) and it's easy to feel like you got killed 'quickly' but it's just that you probably stand I the middle, out in the open and don't hide. This makes it easy for 2 people to kill you, from different sides at the same time. It's happened to me, heaps! I use Rail quite often but sometimes I get shot from 2 sides and killed really quickly. Maybe you're the lowest rank or easier to flip. They probably target Yu because you must be standing in the centre too often and personally, if I saw a Wasp next to a Hornet, I'd go for the Wasp because psychologically, you're the lighter hull and I would think that you would have less health (which is not often the case but still...). Sorry if my first statement came out a bit harsh but at my rank, we don't play XP/BP Poly CP Matches.

 

My answer would be is that you might have the lowest hull modification (against M3's) or you have the lowest rank or might be an easy target.

If you get spawned in a large horde of angry tanks than the best strategy would be remaining in ghost mode while they wound each other, than go for the kills. ;)

As that_one_michael does so many times in his STG's. Tanki gave us this noob advice to get Golds by going phantom underneath and you will get the Gold. I tried it once, idk why but it was in Poly CP, with a bunch of Firebirds, like they said. I stayed right on the stamp Firebirds killed everyone then just took the Gold while I was still phantom. -.-

Tanki has pretty bad advice in the V-Logs IMO.

If you have got forester paint on ur wasp, m3 rails can 1shot u and dont have to work with 2 shot hornets/m3 wasps etc.

1shot hulls = 2shot hulls = u can get 2x faster exp .-.

If u have, i suggest using 20% paint

From the looks u look more professional (Yes it's true, and mostly people are seeking for nubs, who dont know how to play = easy kills) 

And from the %, u get More Health so you are most likely to be 2shot

That's happened to me sometimes...(M2 XP here)

It's probably cuz most of us use fracture/savanna and we're easy to spot (Ya know bright colors). Personally I don't think people go only for the Wasps, I've seen people go only for the XPs even with BPs around.

I guess it differs with people :P.

Probably to get that one-shot/easy kill. Before I never really paid attention to hulls before until I used Shaft for a while and found out that you don't need a full charge against Wasp/Hornets. And I'm not talking arcade shots.

You're getting killed quickly because that is what happens in Desert and Poly CP XP/BP.

You will not survive, no matter what you do. You'll be lucky if you last 10 seconds in the middle in Poly.

For killing a weak tank you get the same amount of points as for killing a mammoth, so wasps are easy points
