Hey everyone i got a brilliant idea as you all know that tanki have some rules well i want to add a new rule.As all of you all know if you use third party software on your account u can get ban forever (Suspended) Eg Jumphack,no reload and speed hack .Well say you was on your private rank account and you go in a parkour battle and there two other players in the battle and when you reach in the game you saw a player on one big building and you ask him or her how did u get up and they say my friend helped me. But they have both m0s so it is  impossible then when you ask the friend he said yes i helped him.But after you see the guy jump hacking and you record it and say i saw you jump hacking and he say no that was a lag and the friend say yes it is lag. well my idea is if someone helped someone commit a crime which i mean like hacking using third party software he should get banned two and is he's accomplice

I see where your going, but how does saying that he didn't hack to get up there aiding him in getting up there?

The fact that you saw one of them on a building and later saw his friend hacking is absolutely not certain proof that they were using hacks to parkour. In case of hacking, there is a rule that prohibits any kind of cooperation or conspiracy with game violators, so the player, who was working with the hacker can also get banned, but ONLY if there is 100% proof of them working together. This is usually very difficult to prove, so such bans are rarely given out.

 

So yes, there is already a rule stating that a game violator's (hacker's) "accomplices" will get banned, although they will only get a ban if there is proof of their cooperation. Simply seeing the player on top of a building does not mean that he got the with help of hacks. It is very much possible to parkour with m0 weapons.
