Here's one! Try to solve it!

Each of X, Y, Z is a distinct digit.

XX + YY + ZZ = XYZ

Then find the three digit number "XYZ".

Median time to solve- 4 minutes

I solved it in approx. 2 mins. :D

They all equal 0?

If I got it, it's too easy... That took me about ten seconds. No bull.

Wrong.

1) We need all three distinct, that means they cannot be equal.

2) 000 isn't a 3-digit no.

x=1

y=9

z=8

11+99+88=198

Exactly! Answer is 198!

Solution for the ones who didn't get it:

Z reappears in the sum of the three numbers as last digit in XYZ. It is only possible if we do Z+10 so that Z reappears in last digit of XYZ. So, X+Y = 10!

Let X = 1. We get Y = 9. XX+YY = 11+99 = 110.

We must get "9" as middle digit (Y), so we must add 88 (ZZ).
