DD, DA and mine suppies gone

I have this account for quite a long time (a few years already )and have accumulated/bought a considerable amount of supplies, including double damage, double armour and mines.

To my utmost surprise, when I checked the supplies today, I found only speed boost and repair kits and all the rest had gone ... and it surely summed up close to 1000 units in total.

These have not been used, because my score stays the same.

Please, fix your game bug and refund me with my supplies or the relevant crystals value !

I am duly applying a screenshot of my garage - it is almost an year old, so the supplies that have disappeared are in fact much more (I collect the monthly bonuses regularly).

a year or 5 years later, it does not matter - the account is alive and any assets associated with it should be kept intact ... or in my case restored as-they-were

email them, if anyone can help, it's them... Maybe they have a record that says you bought and if you used them... Idk :/

Its because the rank of which those supplies unlock has changed since you last played. Because you won't the required rank they were removed. To get them back you'd need to rank-up to the required rank and send an email to help@tankionline.com

Problem is solved !

 

The DA/DP/mine supplies are still not visible in the relevant section of the garage, might be because they are not unlocked at my rank (as per the current grades system, like lukey0 suggested just above);

however, all supplies are visible and available to be utilized, when I join a battle.

A moderator can lock and/or remove this thread already !
