Just increase duration of bans, where did it says peace can be over taken by animals? If you increase days or hours for certain bans people will realize that its going to be very long .. I just find the duration of bans not right for the violation they do, they do very rude stuff and get banned for 1 day, and next day they can continue and the victim will have it in the heart :/

Honestly, I don't buy the "we need quality moderators" argument.

We need moderators, even if they're not the best, they CAN help.

And I've seen on a few occasions a moderator breaking the rules.

But I never said anything because I knew it was pointless.

Reporting people is pointless. Moderating the chat is pointless, even if we get more moderators the damage is done.

Reports are always promptly addressed (or not addressed if there is no need to take action).  Moderating the chat is far from pointless.

That usually works. Most people who see "some random person has been banned for a MONTH. Reason: profanity" will decide right then that they shouldn't swear. Whereas, if you ban for only a day, people won't be very scared. The purpose of bans is to teach a lesson, but if people don't learn the lesson the first time, the mods should react with a harsher ban. Karma has helped a lot in that, but there is a problem with it. Karma does not stop people from making millions of alts just to troll. Within a 15 minute time period, or even less, a person could easily start an account and rank-up to gefreiter. It's my guess that the person in my story was an alt of a more experienced player. I think Tanki should focus on these people, who obviously don't care whether they're banned or not. If the account they made is just meant to be a place where they can swear and troll without getting their main banned, why should they care if their alt is banned for a week or so. And if it happens to be banned forever, they could just make another alt and be trolling again in ten minutes. 

 

Again, what are your thoughts on this Ostrica. Are there any solutions to this (besides the obvious ones of reporting the violator, or asking a mod from another server to come), or is this another problem that will be resolved in Tanki X?

Remember the talk with ip address, im sure tanki online developers have tools that see from which ip address certain account is made if they search up certain ip address and they see a lot of gerifiter accounts which are banned its likely the one needed to be blocked just like joker_assassin.

Jk, I understand. I'm pretty sure that I've found out everything I need to know now. It hasn't given me much hope though. I suppose I should just continue to report any violators, and be happy that we have volunteers who help this game. Now that I'm a bit more enlightened on the ways of mods, I'll think twice about judging you for not banning players the moment they violate the rules.
