Ridicolous prices for crystals

I too did not take the prices as serious at the time, but like others have said, the europeans and other western countries are paying 110% + for the same amount of crystals

 

For instance a package that gives you 15,000 crystals that costs the russians a fixed price is costing us 500-1000% more addtionally

 

And you report that the game balance has been spoilt by the numerous number of sales, why not review the 'other' factors that have affected this balance?

 

Its ridicolous to provide some countries with a 'leeway' to cheaper prices just because of the shares in their currency, these gaps between prices are ridicoulous and i think you all know that too, so unless these prices are made more fairly between players purchasing from countries other than russia, its a complete rip off to players from other foreign countires

Before there were a much wider variety of options to pay, so it didn't have to be expensive for the europeans, until they introduced this stupid new payment system

It says we don`t want tankers paying 50% because their government failed...LOL Russia is a successful MEDC country. We know your biased, just face the fact.

And their are many more countries that have actually "flopped" and not a MEDC but however they still have to pay the 100%.

 

I`m quite angry with this and what makes it worse is its callled frauding TO.

Assuming you are not in Russia; if you were in Russia you might have gotten close to double that amount, quadruple if double crystal card was involved.

Nothing about the crystal prices is anywhere near a fair purchase. Considering at the m3 level, a single product kit costs 300K, and micro upgrades now cost about 400K to max, the amount of money it would cost to purchase any of those items is insane.

Here's a small story for you all:

About a year ago we made a decision to keep crystal price same for all communities and payment systems. This was done by making some purchase methods slightly cheaper, others — slightly more expensive. It also meant that we would be paying all the commissions (and those can go up to 80% when paying with SMS).

This was done, and everyone was happy. But then BOOM, the Ukraine crisis came, a US dollar had been 35 rubles but then started falling and got down to 80 rubles for a USD. Things have got better since then but it's still about 50 rubles per USD.

So, here's the thing. Most games back then decided they don't want to lose profit and increased prices for RU players. We, on the other hand, did not do that because:

1. The ruble is still fluctuating and nobody knows when it will stop doing that.
2. We don't want players to suffer and pay 50% more for crystals than yesterday just because their government failed. They have nothing to do with this.

So, this difference in prices is the result of our decision not to raise RU prices.

I could endlessly go on about prices on consoles, Apple products, video games and many other things, which are different in US, Europe, UK and Russia, but this doesn't really matter.

What matters is that we see there's a problem. On the one hand, we don't want to make crystals more expensive in Russia because purchasing power of Russians hasn't increased a bit. It decreased in fact. On the other hand, we understand questions may arise when an EN player sees this difference. The top management will be discussing this issue soon. Whether they will make RU crystals more expensive, EN crystals cheaper or something else, I do not know. We'll see. And you'll find out about it shortly after they make the decision.
