my other account was stolen and i got help from help@tankionline.com

 

i recieved some emails probably four and the last one said "Hello!

Your application has been received.
Once your issue is resolved, we will send you a written response to the e-mail from which we received the application.

i guess mabey you can close the topic cause i know that i takes days not hours then
