i don't know if it's just me but lately i am getting lag whenever i am playing the game

 

the ping goes over 200 and i get lag...

 

when i play other games (online games) i don't get lag

 

how can i fix it?

 

or is it from the game ?

• Remove all downloads/torrents
• Clear Flash player cache
• Use full-screen mode
• Clear browser's cache
• Clear Shared Objects

I think it is because of the cp update

High ping is due bad internet speed, you can try to close all other applications and stop downloads if there is any and try to play, otherwise you have to get a faster internet :)

my internet speed is 900 kb/s 

i think it is because of the game

and i don't download anything when i play online games

If the game or server is lagging, you wont get high ping :)

btw: I have a good Ping 

 

my ping in the game was 60 now over 200 :/

i used to play the game with slower internet speed and there was no lag :/

 

i used to get 60 ping but now it's 60 but then it goes all the way to 200 and sometimes 999

You know what? From January to April this year, I couldn't play Tanki at all and I was stuck at the rank first lieutenant because of slow internet, but gradually my internet speed increased for unknown reason. Internet speed can be affected by a lot of things.

I think Computer "quality" is to blame. I can play on my old laptop, which has Windows XP or Vista (bad I think), but I can play on my Acer, and it's fine. As far as other players lagging to the point where you cannot shoot them, etc; I think is just them lagging or something.

Maybe someone else is connected to the internet while you are playing, try just one time to turn off all other devices' wifi and then play

 

or maybe there is another reason

i always do that (change the password or using netcut)

i changed my device and the ping is back to normal 60 :)
