Multiple players not loading

So I was about 30 mins into a poly cp game on my lower acc, when I died, and my tank didn't show or anything. Its happened on my main acc a few times. I mentioned it in chat, and a few others said that they were loading in either. I left and rejoined, and not the game isnt loading, so Im losing however many crystals I would get (over 1k) from that game. It did not happen to everyone. When its trying to load the game, normally you cannot click on the buttons on the top of the screen, but I can now. Why did that happen?

Is your ping low like (55)? Or high like (999)

 

If it is high, you must have internet problems and you are lagging.

Nah my ping is generally low. It wasn't related to ping at all, simply because the same thing happened to atleast 3 other players at the same time

Dunno if this is the same problem you are being faced with, but sometimes when I join a battle, or others join, they will show up grey on when I hit tab, they are invisible when this happens, but they can kill me. It is very annoying when it happens, but usually it is resolved within a moment or two and I can continue playing.

Check your Internet speed here. Your connection must be stable (less than 50ms).

 

Steps on how to reduce lags:

• Remove all downloads/torrents
• Clear Flash player cache
• Use full-screen mode
• Clear browser's cache
• Clear Shared Objects
• If none of above steps do not help, try playing through Fix.tankionline.com

Were you using a browser at that time?

 

Tanki has been loading slower in browsers, multiple complaints about that can be seen in the forum. I'm facing the same issue as well.

 

I suggest you use Flash Player Standalone for fixing this issue. Here's the guide on how to get started: http://help.tankionline.com/topic/623849-what-is-standalone-flash-player/

 

Make sure that you've got the server link saved in Files(once you open a server link on it, it is saved). If you disconnect from the game by mistake, you cannot refresh like a browser page. You'll need to reopen the server through Files/Open. If you're playing in, say, EN4 and disconnected by mistake, you'll need to click on the EN4 server link in Files - if you do not have the server link saved, you'll need to enter a different server, say, EN3 which will make you lose your status in the previous server and will automatically kick you out of the battle.
