Who to talk to after the chat admins?

So if we have a ban complaint we go to the chat admins. But what happens when the chat admins give us a shady answer? Who do we go to then?

 

Edit: Here's what happened. Over a month ago I reported this guy, let's call him PlayerX, for profanity and he got banned. A week after I reported him again for profanity, but this time PlayerX did not receive ban. The mod left a "sorry not enough reason for ban". I PMed Ostrica but he gave me not so complete response

After Admins, you need to contact CMs or Tech Support, but believe me, all replies given by Admins over bans are definitive and complete. They are not new to the Game or to moderating, so be assured that all the replies they give are given with valid reasons: if a Moderator closed a report (like you said above) and then the Admin confirmed what was done, there are specific reasons for doing so.

 

Do not think that banning players using reports is so easy, too: we do not only watch the violations but the context in which violations are committed.

 

In conclusion, if you still need clarifications, contact a CM (Community Manager) if you are unsatisfied by an Admin.
