• Clear Flash player cache
• Use full-screen mode
• Clear browser's cache
• Clear Shared Objects

Hi Godmode_ON5s, First, that is a very high PING and coupled with the lag, it sounds like an internet connection thing. If it has played fine in the past, then I could just about rule out the browser and would look at either then Internet Connection ( cane be checked using http://www.speedtest.net/ asltjough not sure if it is available outside of the states. Then there is that old bugaboo, Malware. You can use a good scanner such as Malwarebytes to check that.

Also check if you have any downloads open in the background.

Open task manager and click performance tab>Open resource monitor. Click on network tab in the resource monitor and check which program have a high send/recieve data. Then end the process if you think it's not a windows process.
