Confused about gifts

There are gifts we can purchase for other players.  Does the snowman come with anything else other than just a snowman ornament.  Same question for the Christmas Tree and so.  If they come with other items how are we suppose to know this?

They do not come with other items. You can attach a personal message to a gift.

The gifts are simply items you can send to other players, with a message attached. They don't give you any bonuses and there is no way to use them. You can view in the garage all the gifts you received, the nicknames of players who sent them and the messages they attached.

well that is pretty lame.  Who the heck wants a xmas tree ornament?  What good does it do us for this game?  How easy it could have been to put together a small package of power ups or maybe at least for xmas  an affordable weapon or tank to send someone.  Pretty cheap of Tanki.

Not everything has to be useful. You don't have to send anybody gifts if you don't want to. I can understand that at your rank spending 10 000 crystals on a useless gift seems like a huge waste of crystals, but for higher ranked players such an amount is not that big of a deal, so they can afford to send their friends some gifts to show how much they care :)

What is the point of wasting 10k on smoky and wasp gift and you can just invite your friend to a private battle and tell him what you wanted : )

What's the point of buying fancy gift cards and writing your wishes in them, when you can just call/text the person and tell them what you want?
