I was UNABLE TO BUY M2 Railgun since I am already eligible for the M3. Which means that I did *not* get the

Achievement "When is the Next Sale" which would apply when all my turrets are M2 or M3 (which they are).

I wrote to help@TankiOnline because obviously the Achievement code needs to be rewritten to pick up these

"leapfrogs" from M0 to M2 and M1 to M3. Otherwise you might end up with the "all M3" award without getting "all M2."

Technically after the new update in which you can directly buy the modification available at your rank, you haven't invested money in the lower modification (here, it's M2 Rail as you say), so yeah, you don't get the achievement for all M2 items.

Tanks are the military. You do not call a female superior officer "ma'am" -- you call her SIR.

I was just thinking the same thing. Now that I'm a WO5, I won't be able to get all M1 turrets in my garage, because I can only get the Freeze M2. I'd personally like a change to this system.

I asked about this to the Devs the same exact day Achievements were released — they replied me that the system was planned and coded to work like that, it is something done on purpose and related to how the new system of buying modifications works.

 

I gave them my personal feedbacks on this matter: they should do what you suggested above, which means assigning the Achievement in any case, even if you skipped certain modifications. The new system does not allow to pick which modification you want to buy and let you buy directly the best one possible for your rank, so we really do not have chances to go back and buy the missing modifications — we can't manage to obtain that achievement in any way possible, that is why they should assign the Achievement differently, only based on «owning or not owning» all the required items' modifications (Example: you own all M3s but skipped to buy some M2s — you still get the Achievement)  :)

 

They said they will be looking into this matter in future, so do not worry — your suggestion was already brought up to the Devs more than a month ago.
