Increased exp for kills in TDM mode

It has recently been brought to my attention that TDM is no longer as popular as CTF anymore, with the changes to CTF that allowed exp to be split between players that contributed to a kill. As you know, the Daily Missions can give you a mission to earn said amount of exp in TDM mode (which I currently have). However, this mission is unusually difficult to complete due to lack of TDM battles around the servers and active, if not full ones, at that.

 

Something I'm suggesting to balance out these two, is to either decrease the exp gained from killing in CTF or increase the exp gained from killing in TDM, because if they are the same, more players will be prone to playing CTF because it gives them more exp and TDM is left to rot in the corner. Yes, I know somebody will bring up the issue of power-leveling, but it is the same in CTF. People kill each other back on forth in TDM, they capture flags back and forth in CTF. Same thing, so each kill should be that same as killing the flag carrier.

 

Hopefully this keeps all the battle modes balanced and unique, rather than one battle mode completely taking over the position of another battle mode. This is only to promote TDM.

     I've made the very same observation. TDM most definitely needs promotion. I think that CTF needs its exp per kill decreased, so as to keep that specific game type distinct from TDM. I think it is a serious issue that needs to be addressed sometime in the near future.

TDM is dead we should just remove it

That is why I am trying to revive it with this suggestion.

 

TDM gives more points to whoever dealt more damage, not based on who has the most kills.

It's the reason us Thunderers find it atrocious.

It gives more points to whoever dealt more damage, exactly in CTF, and kills really only matter in DM mode.

The reason why CTF is more popular is because it gives more exp for kills and flags. It basically took over TDM. You get 15 exp for one kill (assuming no teammate assists) and depending on the number of enemies, let's say 5, if I am correct, it is 10 exp per player so you get 50exp for a flag capture (please correct me if I am wrong) in addition to your kill, which gives you 65 exp total compared to 15 per kill in TDM. If I am correct in the exp calculation there, clearly there is a huuuge imbalance and is why CTF is now more popular than TDM when before they added the split exp between kills in CTF, both battle modes were equally popular. So my suggestion was: reduce the exp gained for kills or capturing flags in CTF, or increase the exp to be split in TDM.

Just give 15 xp for a kill and if its 2 players killed 1 player its 15 each still.... Since all other battle modes have advanced bit were to get xp, so CP you capture the point and you get how much? more then for 1 kill for sure... CTF, you return flag you get a lot of xp+ you capture the flag you get a lot of xp.... ASL, you get a lot for returning it, a lot for killing the player with the flag and a lot for capturing it... And TDM, all classical meanwhile all other battle modes have 1 bit of better.. All battle modes have own unique bit but TDM has nothing...
