I have been trying to logg in for 3 days but it keeps saying 

 

 

No matter how many times I reload or change servers

Make sure you are not entering the test server, check the url in your browser.

No, I am entering normal tanki, I don't play test server.

Post the results below — we need to see if it is an issue with Pakistan's network and the only way is to see your Server Diagnostics.

My suspects were correct, your «packets of information» can't go out from Pakistan network.

 

IP: 

This is problably the core node (host) for your network (and, probably, for many other users from Pakistan) — packets can't go further, they stop at that node, as you can see from those «Sent: 226, Received: 0» under it.

 

Basically, speaking of Tanki Online, it seems that you are trying to connect to a Server (RU2, in your case), but your sent data cannot reach it, so the Server can't send you back data aswell.

The same goes for all the other users experiencing this and playing from Pakistan, but there are some exceptions: some users may be using a different internet provider or are connected with a different core node (host), so their packets can reach the Server and the Server can communicate back, allowing them to play.

 

All the lines you see there are the «network nodes» — as you can see, you are not getting replies back from them since your network is unable to communicate with them, you need to contact your internet provider or wait some more days.

I also suggest you to contact Tech Support as soon as possible (For instructions on how to contact the Tech Support read this: Tech Support.) and explain them what you and other players are experiencing now, they surely will have more information :)

 

NOTE: The above applies to all Servers of Tanki Online and, probably, to many other Web Sites — it is an issue with Pakistan's network, for what I can see from your stats.
