Is the Ratings system inaccurate?

Recommended Posts

The Ratings system is a system which is meant to calculate a bunch of things, such as: Your current tank, position in weekly ratings, which goes with how much exp you earn, crystals obtained, and gold boxes took in the past week, how many hours you used a certain turret, hull, or paint, and the amount of exp earned with it, and finally, how many supplies you used.

Thing is, on my profile, and many others, the numbers, simply don't look right.

For example: It currently says on my profile that I've used Firebird for 3.3 hrs... I always use Firebird, it cannot be that since October, I've only used it for 3 hrs... And only earned 5.3k exp with it.

So do the numbers seem random to you as well?

I think the supplies used thing is wrong too. I dont drug a whole lot, but my numbers are fairly high there... Especially for repair kits (only use em when i have a good chance of getting a gold)

Yep, i also faced that..

For example:-

I use Hornet/isida and Isida/Dictator m1.

After i bought Hornet m2, I never used it with another m1 turret.

but this shows I used it for 14 hrs, and Isida for 8hrs which is totally incorrect. After buying isida i may have used it with Dicator for 2hrs only. And all hours used with hornet, This is incorrect!

The system does not distinguish modifications (whether it is M0 or M1 or M2 or M3). But only the name of turret / hull.

For example. If you've played six hours with Firebird M1 and then you buy Firebird M3, the system automatically display status as if you played for six hours with M3.

you may have used isida for 10 hours but you have actually used for 8 hours?

I doubt that can happen.

When you are playing the game, are you looking at the clock and running a diary how many minutes you spent in battles with a specific turret/hull? No you do not, so in this case the Ratings system is more reliable than human factor.

You may change equipment, leave battle, spend time in chat etc. I sometimes go on my laptop and after 5 hours I'm like 'I've only played like 2 battles...!' So basically, it's things in between eating your time. It is accurate, goes directly to the page. Not made up. Not inaccurate. Hours each turrets/hulls used was started to be monitored not more than 1 month before the update released, so just to wipe out the confusion, it was never counted since you started ( I know most of you already know this. But, MOST, not all.)
