BROKEN: Winter Tandem Registration

When attempting to register my team (me and a person one rank lower than me) I get the error "error_names_rank_type_0"  Even though my account falls into the junion devision (I am colonel)

• Junior — from Third Lieutenant up to Colonel
• Star — from Brigadier up to Generalissimo

Same thing here. I have been trying to enter my team into the junior league, however, it gives me the same message. I then tried the star division and was accepted for the rank type but my friend's account isn't linked to an email so it didn't enter us. I'm still looking forward to enter the Junior division. Does anyone have an answer/solution to this? Moderators, we need you ASAP!

You and your team members have to meet the requirements to join any devision of any side

So we have to join the star division and not the junior one? But that doesnt make sense because our rank is colonel so we should be in the Junior division. Other than that, the email problem, will be alright, I'll get that fixed.

What about the other player in your team ?

Is his rank also Colonel or lower ? If he is higher, you two can't play together :(

Unfortunately, we faced a number of technical issues with the registrations for the Winter Tandem tournament.

 

If you find yourself being registered on the wrong team, or unable to register a team for your and your team mate, whether due to them having been registered by someone else or due to the registration site forcing players of rank Colonel to the Star category, then please proceed to the alternative registrations topic and follow the instructions on how to get your team properly registered through the forum.
