3. enter vulcan.game.tankionline.com as instructed by this video

4. enter your credentials

5. You will get a piece of puzzle. Each user will get a different piece out of 9 available

6. Combining all the pieces will give you a goo.gl/scisnj

7. This will open a quiz.

8. No need to answer the quiz. Choose the language and move the picture of 2.0 crossed. At the bottom you will see goo.gl/FTA80d

Just asking,cuz I would have been fooled if i didn't solve it myself(with the community ofc)
