Tanki online help very bad

recently a hacker bought viking and fire m1 in this acc and when i reported this to tanki help they said i bought it . I AM SURE NOONE BOUGHT IT FROM MY HOUSE I AM 100% SURE . TANKI HELP IS NOT PROVIDING ME A REFUND THIS IS NOT FAIR I SIMPLY LOST 23 K

As said above, Tech Support always check carefully all the IPs used by an account during a pretty wide period of time, so if they refused your complain and stated that you were the one buying such items, no one here can change what they said, sorry — they are the only peoples allowed to have access to the needed information to accept or deny these kinds of requests, we can't do nothing but agree with them.
