ive been noticing lots of lag recently also, but its all server side. It depends on the time of day when you play on how many ppl are on. What does the warning symbol look like? Cant really give any answers unless we know what it is

Umm i don't think it's server problem. Tanki should be faster cause theres no much players in servers.. and simple red warnning icon i don't need to upload it..

1) Close down any open applications that use excessive amounts of internet. eg. Skype, Google Chrome (unnecessary tabs) 2) Refreshing the webpage. You will NOT lose your current score or place in battle while refreshing. 3) Restarting your computer. You WILL lose your score and battle place if you restart your computer, so do it after the battle is finished or while you are in the lobby. 4) Restart your Wi-Fi router. Turn it off and allow it to remain off for 20-30 seconds before turning it back on.

if you play the game using Wi-Fi, wired connection or ADSL-router

1) Unload your channel as much as possible. Disable your torrent client (you need to wait for 10 minutes after doing that) 2) Reboot your router 3) If you use wireless connection, try connecting your PC to the router using a cable 4) If possible, try to connect to the Internet directly, without using the router 5) ADSL router can be switched to bridge mode. Sequence of required action depends on the type of router and your Internet provider 6) If none of the above helps, try using another Internet provider.

IF you play using 3g.4g

It's hard to make sure your 3G or any other wireless connection works smoothly. If you cannot use more stable ways of connecting to the Internet, i.e. wired connection, then just do your best to ensure a good level of signal where you are. Nothing else can be done as this type of connection simply isn't made for dynamic online games. However, changing your Internet provider may help. 1) Pay attention to the signal strength. Make sure the connection is as good as possible. 2) Make sure that your modem is working in 3G/4G networks. 3) Unload your channel as much as possible. Disable your torrent client (you need to wait for 10 minutes after doing that). 4) Restart your Internet connection. 5) If none of the above helps, try using another Internet provider.

It is always possible that the servers that you/everyone needs to connect to could have an issue. This can include being updated, DDos attack, storms in the area, power loss, corrupt files and many other reasons. It is also possible that your connection to the server has issues. Even if you run a test of the line between you and a test program like http://www.speedtest.net/ you are not testing the line between you and the server. The normal line between you and the server could be down forcing it to take a longer route to the server causing higher pings and lag.

There are many reasons. The first thing that should be done is a complete scan for malware and viruses on your PC. Next defragment the HDD's followed by clearing the cache in your browser. Be sure all your drivers are up to date and the newest available. None of these steps can hurt no matter when you do them.

Be sure when you try to play Tanki Online that there are no other programs running in the background. This can cause your issue also. :)

Yeah I have heard about alot of problems with tanki lately. Face it people tanki is on the decline and has been for a long time. The devs don't even care about Tanki Online anymore cause they are to focused on Tanki X .Tanki Online is going down so u better get used to it

Then it is a server side issue. The only ones that can fix it is either the developers of the game.

There has been a lot of crashes and lag lately, mainly towards the RU servers when playing.

The Deves were on their holiday break, so this could be why.
