Problem with mission

I had a mission on new year map ASL 1500 exp. price was premium acc for 3 hours.i did all exp and hold this price for few days, today after i finished my other 2 mission i claimed the prices but i left this1. i tought il accept premium 3h later today, and now i checked there , but there nothing ? where  did go my price ?

Happened to me too. My 5 gold boxes mission disappeared, and I cannot earn xp to my Kungur mission.

Of course you realize how ridiculous this sounds )))

 

The end of the celebrations only means, that there will be no more missions related to them ... but removing the reward for already complete mission is clearly non-sense ...

This is obviously a bug and surely the devs will fix that ... they have embarrassed themselves enough with the latest updates, so I guess these glitches will be corrected soon

I had an completed mission, earned premium acc for 3 h. i hope i can get it somehow! No1 told that mission rewards will be removed aswell.I hold this price because i didnt have enoqh time to play 3h in a row, now when i have a vacation from work i could play 3h in a row.

well i hope theres some solution for this problem.

My brother has same price for mission complete battle 1 st, and  he didnt loose it. So my price dissapear because you removed Happy new year map.

I have earned this price, and i hope i can get it back ;)

As in event  New Year Celebration said on January 11th at 02:00 UTC, all mission's will be removed you should read it first then  take action and i was having a mission to catch 5 gold box and reward was 100 supplies but  i was late

Did you confirm it by clicking claim button if no then its removed  if yes then  you should enjoy your 3 hour premium that time

I had the same problem with Kungur, I tried everything to get it to work with no success, You'll have to change it.

i didnt click claim. i holded it because i didnt have time to play, when i finished mission.

I think this why its removed or i am wrong because u was late
