option for turning GB drop OFF in PRO battles

Surely if there are as many people as you say there are, that are in favor of this option, there's got to be at least 10 of them or so who know fluent English that would speak up here. But despite that, the players supporting this are still in the minority in this topic and devs cannot determine from every battle whether or not players want this. If they wanted to find out, they would check the topic on the forum and if the users supporting it are in the minority, then it is simple. It will not be added. They will not tell moderators to go to every battle and take surveys everywhere. 

Hazel already explained this: they can't decide how effective an update (or idea) is JUST from opinions on the forum, because people using the forum and those simply playing the game are different.

topics here MEAN NOTHING to the devs,I know for fact that Strizhakov is here ocasionally,just checking,or sometimes trolling (yeah,trolling)..and I'll repeat ONCE MORE for u to understand..this game was played a lot before u joined..how can u judge FACTS???..and FACT is that MANY people were playing battles with cry drops off..u get that?????..many of them are STILL PLAYING..many of them are from RUSSIA..your replies,your "knowing the facts" is more or less behaviour of an average EN community player..allways crying "Russian players can do that,we can't","Russian players are better,we don't wan't to play on tournament with them"..and that's just because all you (most,and I mean more then 95% of players from this community) wan't in this game is freaking gold box..that will NEVER build u up as player..NEVER..I've seen some comments on EN servers (which I almost never use) who go like "OUFA king,god,best player,etc..although his GB hunting skills are admirable,as player,he is an average Tanki player,nothing more..untill time comes when most of u start to actually play this game,instead of multing,pausing,using chat for "admin pls gold",etc..then,u will deserve my respect..not a day earlier..I'm no buyer,and I have full garage,70% of that is m4..not by gold hunting,or playing wasp-fire..to wrap up..next time you will start with "majority of players..." "it can't be..." or similar nonsences,please,keep in mind,I was gismo  a lot before u bought ur first m0..I honestly think I know bit more about how tanki was in past years ;)

lol, unfortunately all that En server ppl care is about and yes u will find stupid stuff happening mostly in en server -_- . that is why I don't play much on en server anymore except for meeting up with some friends.

Ru1 is a place where ppl actually play like a team otherwise in en servers ur team mates will push u off course flip u while ur carrying the flag and a lot of them know how drug but not necessarily turn their turrets and think they're pro. Oufa isn't even a great gold Hunter just makes good videos. Never seen him as the gold hunter of the week even when it existed in the vlog. Never seen him get more than 6-7 golds per week. Probably he is a slightly above average gold hunter but I see no reason for him being such a legend. People wouldn't know holy hero Alex who is an actual pro but every tanker definitely knows oufa

That's true, but in a team game when the gold box drops you suddenly find yourself completely on your own, as everybody else ignores everything that's not a gold box mark on the ground. So even if you completely ignore the gold box, you are still inevitably affected by it because of your teammates. Some people want continuous, uninterrupted gameplay, which is why this option would be useful.

Well, I agree that when gold drops, you have no friends with you to support the "team"...but at the same time, you don't have any enemy who is trying to kill you, because you are not near/on the gold mark...so those not interested in gold should be having a better time while gold drops because of easy targets...

absolutely this..but,hey..to who are we trying to explain?..after most of the idea "haters" readed topic title (not properly ofc),all they remembered is "turning off GB drop"..that's why this community is FAR beyonf RU community..and all EN players(not all ofc,but BIG majority) do after RU player kick their butts is to whine and cry..so sad :(
