hi, I have a new thing to bring you to the V-log because each time in a V-log there "Video of the week" and gritted my idea to "Picture of the Week" in each video you CHOOSE the best photo that players sends you and add it to your V-log. What do you think ?

We should have both except that it shouldn't be IN the v-log. It should have a separate panel on top of it so it could bring more attention.

I think for the judging of best photos:

 

Players with access to spectator mode should be judged harsher, due to an easier photo-taking method.

 

Or, players with access to spectator mode are grouped together and judged separately with separate rewards than players without spectator mode.

Anyhow I think your idea might be interesting. Maybe they could just show some cool pictures submitted by players, or show them in the background as Semyon speaks.
