I'm Confused.....

I was going through random peoples profiles on the forum when I stumbled upon a profile that belonged to the player Kasim. He is only a brigadier but he has m3 smoky, m3 vulcan xt, m3 mammoth xt, m3 rico, m3 twins and much more. I know that all of these cant be from just kits so how is this possible. I know he is a moderator but how does he get that kind of equipment? Seriously, it puzzles me. Please look him up on profiles yourself and see, his name is Kasim.

Kasim is a developer, which is why he is allowed to have all this "cheated" equipment. They use it only for testing the game and making V-logs, so it's not like Kasim is playing in normal battles with his overpowered equipment - that's unfair and doesn't happen.
