Recommended Posts

Hello,

So I submitted this under the Game violations section, I re-submitted it a total of 5 times, adding more information each time.

There was no action taken by the admins other then to say that my proof was not sufficient.

Please read below and let me know how my proof was not sufficient so that I can better report in the future:

Thanks,

Unfortunately, your proof is not sufficient to take action.

Any acts or omissions aimed at creating obstructions for the team where the player is a member of the team: video’s length should be no less than 5 minutes and no more than 20. The video should  clearly show player’s actions (for example often is paused, deliberately ignores opponents with he flag, does not help to capture the enemy flag, shoots his own team, pushes, turns purposefully unfreeze opponent with the flag  etc.). Also do not forget to show statistics battle (press Tab).

Before the creation of the post read *** GAME VIOLATORS SECTION RULES ***

You can argue about it all you want, but in the end, the final decision rests with the moderation team. You have to realise that even they are answerable for their actions and if it is questioned later on, they should have sufficient evidence to support their decision. If the proof was enough, they really don't have a reason to not ban him, do they?

In any case, let's wait for someone from the official team to clarify this particular matter.

What you said in theory is true but in reality, nope.

Someone insulted me, my family, called me an animal (in more harsh ways) was swearing and saying inappropriate works.

What did I get? "Sorry your proof isn't sufficient enough! There is no reason for ban."

Hehe, yea, defiantly not enough proof...

As stated above, if proofs are claimed not to be enough by Moderators and by Administrators aswell that means that what you provided is not clear enough or not "strong" enough to take actions against the user(s) you reported, sorry.

If you report something without enough proofs we cannot do anything, we need a standardized amount of proofs to take actions over an user to prevent ban-mistakes and similar issues.
