Greeks vs Romans

I was bored, so I decided to ask you guys: Greeks vs Romans?

 

For those who don't know about them, they're probably the two most classical civilizations in the world, both leaving a huge impact on pretty much everything.

 

Greeks only controlled about as much land as the size of Greece is today. But they ruled in the form of city-states, each haing their own unique way of governing their people. Sure, they were independent, but when a threat threatened them, they would team up together and stop it (Persian Empire).

 

Rome was a lot like the Greeks too. But they created an empire, and made many languages possible today (e.g., Portuguese,  Spanish, Italian, French, Romanian, etc.). However, Rome got a lot of their education from the Greeks. They controlled land from Portugal to Asia Minor and from Asia Minor to the East Coast of Africa.

It is true that the Romans left their mark in the history of the world. But Romans copied the Ancient Greeks in religion, culture, traditions, art, architecture etc.
