it will better to do this ingame.create a item that costs 100 000 crystals (name change cost) and place it to special items. when a tanker buyed it there will be a window that u should write ur new name like game gifts. if u liked this idea pls do this for player's comfort.

That's only to check if the person sending the email is also the owner of the account. If the person buys a "name change" in-game from their account, then they are obviously the owner.

Honestly, I think it is good how it is already. Changing your nick is a pretty big deal, so it is best to email tanki help and have time to think about it rather than make a rash decision.
