2) Select a formation
 

 
3) Click a position to insert a player
 

 
4) Type in the player you want and press the card. Use NIF (Non-Inform) versions for simplicity
 

 
5) Fill out the remaining spots and hit 'save'. You may notice that the 'rating' is low, but that is because I did not fill out the subs.
 

 
6) Fill out the name and hit save
 

 
7) And boom, your squad is now public. If you have a FutHead account you can go back and edit your squad. You also get the option of duplicating a squad (For the next rounds), but this requires an account.
