I recently got the fujiyama kit, and now i can't buy osaka, even though i have the requirements.

it just doesn't show up. anyone for help. PLEASE

If you already own more than half of the equipment in a kit, you are not able to buy it. 

Both Fujiyama and Osaka include Hunter M1 and Sakura, so if you have already purchased one of these two kits, you are not able to purchase the other.

btw is it me or sakura and chainmail are the only paints used in 2 kits

Although this is not specifically because you already have more than half of the items, but simply because buying the kit has not become more expensive than buying the remaining items individually due to the fact that you already have some (if not all) of the kit items in your garage and you will be paying for them again. If you no longer save crystals from buying a kit, it gets removes from your garage.
