well your customer service section is so bad ..i have send in so many times and explain it all on the first email..and yet you still send me like 5 emails afterwards for the same issue..like once i said i wanted to change my account names..you send back not once but three different things and i gave up and resent it  in again and that time who ever it was did the work off the first email..i find some times your English translation needs to be improved..

 

or your employee's are very rude and no matter how many times you explain it they still don't listen to what your saying..and when  that happens we do get hot under the collar..and start blasting at u for good reasons..but your team will tell us that they  will refuse to work on your problem and cut u off..so then you have to resend and then depending on the person they will  refuse all together or you have to wait like three days for someone to get back to u on it..

 

for the video well i can feel a nap coming on way to early for me i normally  sleep after lunch .....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Maybe try keeping your e-mails short and to the point.
