DRS isn't cheating.
Umpires can be wrong (as exemplified above) and if the batsman doesn't believe it is out, he has the right to challenge that decision.

 

As for the video above, I wouldn't call it cheating but just a misunderstanding of what happened.

That first example was a very close call and anything that close it worth an appeal tbh. 

Same thing for the edge of the spinner. I thought I heard something in the initial shot of the delivery so I would have appealed/given it out.
