I stopped watching IpL ever since Chennai super kings died. They were pro yo. They were in some finals of every tournament.

I watched them till they lost that final against KKR in 2013(?). Since, I've gone for MI and KXIP. KXIP doing well ATM, just need ABD out.

ABD is back with a bang   B)

Yeah he killed it! One man team! No one else in RCB did anything .. late order fireworks from Binny but that was it. Now Vohra is out but KXIP should take this out easy if everything goes to plan.

I think match is in Punjab's hand....

gg ez Punjab but AB was spectacular to say the least

Yeah, easy win. Kinda regret staying up till 4:30 for a not-so-good match.

great stuff from ab, terrible performance from rcb.

ABD is raw talent. I thought Amla probably deserved MOTM more than Akshar though.

Fun Fact; last year RPS was called Rising Pune Supergiants but they said that because it was plural it made it seem like the team was full of individual players and didn't work together as a team, so they made it Rising Pune Supergiant (without the 's'). May we take a moment to accept just how utterly horrible that name is? In saying that, they are a fantastic team. :P

DD Won it ...

They'll certainly have a threatening pace attack when everyone is fit and firing. cummins, rabada and shami all good pace, even chris morris is capable of bowling near that 150km/h mark. How good was his cameo last night? 38 off 9

Maxwell. Bloody legend! Shut down the hater interviewer so well! He gave him a piece of mouth after the interviewer implied that Maxwell's batting technique was weak to spinners. Maxwell was soooo pissed off because he's been striking bloody well against spinners and he really gave that interviewer hell.

in maxwell's case you'd think it would be quite the opposite- he's dominated ashwin for many years and is brilliant against spin. I'd say he's weakest when facing really good, quick fast bowling, against cummins in the bbl he looked nervous (then again, who can honestly say they enjoy facing 150kph rockets)

RCB is broken. Needs a serious comeback. It was ridiculous to see them lose from 7-4 to......... :@

lol yeah they were awful. slow wicket but still, if you want to win games, a score of 140-150 is way too low. mumbai got lucky though, they looked terrible at the start, no intent.

How do you have Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli in ONE team and get bowled out for 49 ...

They also got bowled out for like 80 or 90 odd recently, right? Kohli made like 45 of those though.

well to be fair, chris gayle moves like a 50 year-old man in the field, looks like he does no training. But de Villiers and Kohli (and Shane Watson) no excuses. Kohli's been OK, but not as dominant as he was last year

(and Shane Watson)

Pretty sure they didn't play him due to their overwhelming overseas talent, so they gave him the boot. Can't remember though.

He captained RCB for first few games but his form is very bad with both bat and ball, then they played Tarvis Head in his place but he also got out in single digits in 3-4 games he played.

Gayle and ABD also made only 1 half century each.

Everyone knows RCB's bowling is very weak, Starc ruled out and Taimal Mills is not much effective.

RCB ruled out of IPL.

:( :( :( :( :(

What a joke. Shocking season for them. Getting 3 of the most explosive batsmen in the world and getting knocked out already ... atrocious.
