Pakistanis play spinners well so I think India should go with Shami or Umesh.

India's batting is what's deadly to Pakistan though. Amir carrying the pack. Sharma and Kohli in good touch.

I think india's bowlers are helped by the fact that teams feel like they need to make 350+ to beat india. Therefore they feel more pressure when they're only scoring at 5-6 an over. I think Ashwin is too much of a superstar to leave out, though he has been out of touch.

Bhuvneshwer is one of the best opening bowler and Bumraha is best death bowler rn and they both bowled well in this series and in IPL also.

 

Ashwin was out of the team during league match against Pakistan and he may be out during final also.

yes, i think bumrah has been very good and kumar has really improved but it is definitely india's batting that makes teams nervous. Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Dhawan all being in good form gives India the ability to dominate attacks(though scarily Kohli still probably isn't at his best, which is terrifying because he's already averaging 157 this tournament).

ashwin was disaster today and more disaster was jedeja....he bowled like noob and made indians angry by his childish behaviour to make Hardik Pandya run out....

i just wanna slap jadeja for his childish and immature character... as ik we were going to lose but Hardik was entertaining all of us....

now its time for dhoni and yuvraj to get out of this team... as today they both showed that they are old horses...

Rahane should be played instead of Kedar Jadhav

Dinesh Karthik should have been played instead of Yuvraj.

Sarfraz captained Pakistan very well indeed. He kept talking to his bowlers, which helped a lot.

Well, Pakistan certainly stuck by their game plan - went hard at top order and exposed India's middle/late order. Jadeja and Ashwin aren't reliable anymore. Pandya at least had a good cameo.

ofcoure pak were gud ... but the way India played then ofcourse there were problems ....... as you can see hardik was playing nicely .... I think Indians should have think about Sri lanka then play as we know Sri lanka played with calm and beat India by chasing 320 + target  .... but that was shocking that Both sharma and kohli instead of showing calmness looked nervous.... there is saying in hindi if u got scared then u are finished....

And middle order instead of take time to settle went for shots ... and played some balls like school boys .....as a Indian it was very embarrassing that many top batsmen of India played nervously... as Pitch was really good .... the thing they have to do is to just stay on the pitch and run will automatically come ..... 

 

and they leaked too many runs .... shami would have been a gud option instead of poor in form ashwin.... and jadeja is still childish in character.... or ypu can say immature in reading the game scenarios.... jadeja in domestic cricket scored many centuries.... but at international level he hs no confidence that he can bat well too..... and just forget the way he finished top hittter hardik pandya ....

I'm glad that there isn't too much blaming of opposite nations here. Pakistan were simply better on the day and India played really poorly.
