"No-kill" rule during gold box drop

Man im a gold hunter and usually get most gold boxes but there is one thing i hate most...when the player asks you not to kill him and then drugs+and kills you -_- .If i want i can kill most players but i choose not to but at my rank everyone decides to try to kill me...Turrets that usually try to kill me = smokey,freeze,twins,isida,vulcan,and shaft.

I voted "no" and "yes."

If I do, I let my fingers do the foot work and the space bar gets a good work out.

 

If I don't, I'll use that time to capture a flag or change a CP. OR I'll just park a few feet a way and open fire at the pile hoping to get some kill points. (I try to aim for the ones on top of the pile :). Then I go into hiding  :ph34r: and let my team mates pick up the pieces. This is especially effective with Vulcan and now even more so with Striker. BOOM...BOOM...BOOM...BOOM).

There are many, many, many types of kills you can make in this game.

 

But the absolute sweetest kill you can make... is the one where you sit above the teeming mass of tanks--the "scrum"--trying to get at the gold box.

 

And then you just kill, indiscriminately, anything that moves. I'll even boot up a double damage out of my stash, just so I can kill more.

 

And the kill that you make... taking out that one tank, just as they are about to receive their precious little "gold box?"

 

There is no better feeling in the entire game.  Ending the game at the top of your team, highest number of points? It pales in comparison to denying someone the gold box.

 

So please, Pretty please, with sugar on top. Chase after the gold box. Run for it. Type into chat, over and over and over again, "WAS GOLD?"

 

Nothing I like better than an easy target.  :D

This happened with me in AS mode. We were at 95 points and I capped the flag at the same second as my teammate. Gold hunters weren't too happy.  :lol:

No kill rule? You betcha booty I don't want it. If I'm playing with my Isida, I'll turn it on the pile. Sometimes I heal and sometimes I kill. If I'm playing with Firebird, I smoke the pile. Wish I had Freeze, I'd freeze the pile. That would be more interesting.

Eventhough I mainly use thunder for pile killing, I might try freeze aswell.

Honestly Killing is apart of the gold box dropping, but in my opinion you should only kill once the gold has started dropping. I really hate it (especially in XP/BP) when your shot  before the gold has started dropping, mainly because it takes away a lot of your chance of getting it because of your heath condition.

What really angers me is when the gbox siren goes off and some STUPID NOOB caps the flag AFTER the siren ends. In fact, I remember this one Future CTF battle when this occurred...

Me: Yesssss *​begins searching for the marker*

Other people: yesss/where?

5-10 seconds in the hunt:

*some noob caps the flag*

Instantly, the chat was filled with "NOOOOB!!!!!!!!!" and "*"

What's more obnoxious is that noob left right after the battle ended.

Why is that player a "noob"?  battle does not pause during Gold drop. Team needs flags - cap-em. Why should that tanker care if you lost your 10% chance at 1000 crystals?

 

And this one... why is it more obnoxious that player left game after battle ended. Isn't that when most people leave a battle?  After it ends...

A better question: Why should that tanker give someone free 1000 crystals? I mean it's a competition, that 1000 crystals can get someone the next level of MU, which makes his/her tank more powerful compared to your tank.
