Well,why they delay so much about transfer of acount?

Is hard to write there "Your account from tanki online will be transfered to Tanki X"?

That means that the code was properly sent, but not to the e-mail you are checking — the code is sent ONLY to the e-mail linked to an account and you must check that e-mail only.

 

If you did not get the link in the e-mail but the special site told you "Nickname reserved", that means that the code was sent to another e-mail, the one linked to that account.

Check all the folders inside your e-mail account such as "Spam", "Blocked" and similar. If you did not receive anything yet, try again and check to which e-mail your account is linked to — if your account XXXXXX is linked to e-mail XXXXX@gmail.com you will receive the code on XXXXX@gmail.com, but if your account is not linked to that e-mail, the code will be sent to another one, you must be sure of which e-mail is linked to which account.

If you used the same e-mail for more than ONE account (and you have plenty), you will get such error. You must create ONE e-mail for ONE account, you cannot use ONE e-mail for MULTIPLE accounts.

i have changed them over the years but if i even go to change the account name i need original email ...i will open again three more face book accounts and see if that changes /... before  i get the same message on all my accounts even if the main two only have one account for email

If that nickname won't be reserved by anyone until the open testings of Tanki X start you will be able to take it, this is the only way to get it on TX.

No, that is fairly evident, because otherwise this reservation wouldn't be in place, but instead a transfer would be announced in place of it. It wouldn't make sense code wise to reserve a nick as a Recruit and then get that replaced via a better account, because that's erasing.

Sounds very fishy that it works for you and not for other people -_O

What makes sense for you, doesn't for others, so do not make assumptions and post them since they can mislead other users — we all need to wait for official announcements regarding accounts' transfer.

 

Also, completely serious about what I said, it was officially stated in the latest VLOG. The reservation system works as far as you correctly followed the required steps for it, it obviously won't work for those that did not do the right things, nothing fishy.

Let's see, we want the accounts, you're giving us out nicknames... Does that sound right? We all know you can transfer accounts, it's not that hard, and if you want, each player should be able to do it individually, like with the nicknames.

Facebook is not required, you have to link an e-mail to your account, not a Facebook account — linking your FB account to your TO account is used only to access Tanki from FB and have another way to recover your account if it gets stolen.

Please read my posts above, an answer to your question was already posted — your TO account will be left untouched and, on TX, you will keep the same username if you reserve it now.

Because you haven't completed the process of linked your account to an email. I qoute from the Tanki Online Wiki:

 

Linking an account to an e-mail address

 

This function is necessary in order for your account to remain secure. It is also helpful in case of emergency situations, such as password recovery or server failure.

The same e-mail address will be used to receive all important e-mails from the game (e.g. confirmation of registration, information about updates etc.). Make sure you link an e-mail address to which you have regular access.

1. While in the game, click on Settings  in the top-right hand corner of the screen.
2. The Settings window will appear. Enter your e-mail address:

    

   

    

3. Click on Save. The following message will appear:

As I said above, probably your account is not linked to the e-mail you are checking!

You must be sure that the e-mail you are waiting the code on is the one linked to your account.
