I leave the game! A year ago x Tanki wait. In 2014 hackers (scammers) to spoil the game. Then parkour and gravity makes nonsense of the game. Now I see that my email provider is terminated. Crystal would take my email address but disappeared !!! Find out more. There are also game?

  have two accounts both with e-mail and your system states that i do not but when in game area i see my e-mail and both are well over the grade level. so why is it not working????????

i am so happy now

after nearly pulling my hair out i have at last reserved my nickname yipee :)

 

the problem i had was that my email address was linked to the miniclip account

after following some great advice on here i actually managed to get things sorted and

i cant thank you guys enough for your help

What's the difference between Tanki X and the regular tanki? Tanki X looks like better graphics but that's all.

For tanki X there should be (if account transfers) a whole rebalance type thing where everything is refunded (since its a "completely new" game then it will be completely different) Since I can tell you right now stats will change

First, you need an individual/unique e-mail for each account.

Second, you need to click on the link in the confirmation sent to each of those individual e-mails for Tanki to confirm the e-mail with the username.

That link does not expire unless you entered/changed the e-mail in the settings of your account.

 

Mine did not go through until I found that confirmation e-mail (for me 12/07/2015). It was unread but the confirmation link in the e-mail still worked. After that, I was able to reserve.

Guys, it's not that hard. Before you reserve your nickname, chick your Settings on your account, does it look like 1. or 2.?

If it looks like 1., go ahead and reserve your nickname (make sure you write the email that is linked to the account).

If it looks like 2., read this post.

 

If this isn't the problem, please tell yours below.

Did you check your SPAM folder? The only thing I can think of is using an alternate e-mail for now.

The closed testing has already started, the open testing will started in a few months or so.

Thankyou for the kind offers of help, but I did find a way to link it.

 

I created a gmail account, linked my lukey account to that. Then I changed the email to the one I wanted it linked to. :)

 

Its all working now. :)

i didnt get the code after entering my nickname i checked email few times but nothing changed :(

I have two accounts and remember as if both of them were linked to an e mail;

But when I checked I saw that only one was linked..

...............

Now;

I'm waiting for the first one's mail for reservation..nothing in the mailbox.(although it says it has been sent)

I'm trying to link the second one to an e mail; nothing in the mailbox again..(altough it says it has been sent)

And the worst part is, I can't see the e-mail, the one linked to my account in the first place from the settings?

İs this the end of tanki for me... :)

i think most of the problems people are having is due to this

your email is linked through miniclip

that was what my problem was and i got mine sorted

Yes, follow the link given by me (or the steps shown by @Yisroel.Rabin in his previous post) and try to do so :)

 

 

 

That means that you are not accessing the Game from Tanki Online but from MiniClip, please follow this topic: E-Mail linked through Miniclip   :)

I am pretty sure that I first linked to an email, then later on when Tanki added the option, also linked to Facebook.

So my settings are different ... and no email is received.

Must I first unlink from Facebook to see what email address is being used ?

 

BTW:  Clicking 'Change password and e-mail' gives message about 'The letter with instructions was sent to your e-mail address.' .. but no email is received.
