Damn it!! I submitted my nickname but I haven't got any email !! Pls fix this administration.

My account is perfectly linked with my email... But I haven't got any invite code

When I try to reserve my nickname, I keep getting this even though my account has been verified for over a year.

ok retype in your email.. and also check what  your search engine is .. some times it takes a few times to get it too work..

 

if your email has more then one account linked to it ..it might not work

And yeah guys, no panic about the account transfer or its absence please. There's still no final answer to all that. I once told you that we'll either move the accs or give existing TO players some tasty bonuses. Well, I and the rest of the team are planning to keep this promise.

Other players can't reserve your nickname. The mail will be sent to the email-address linked to your account and (I hope) only you have access to that email. The mail contains a personal code, so only you have got that specific code for your unique nickname.

Awesome, at least Tanki cares about us players and veterans, they haven't forgot about us. (Hopefully haven't)

 

Yes, I called myself a Veteran, been here for five plus years, I think that qualifies me Veteran status!

Here's what I did. I created a new Gmail account. Your name, birthdate, and phone number will be asked for. give it to them.

 

Then when you have made a new gmail account, go to your game settings, and enter the new gmail in the email box.

 

Then you should get to confirm the email, and then reserve your nickname like you've been trying to do.

 

It should send you the code to your new gmail account. Be sure to check all the folders, because it might not go to your normal inbox.

That's not happening; checked all folders... it's been like this since 2 months, when I tried to change passwords.

once its done then go and link to x tanki ..tanki on line will take up to 24 hours ..if you still having issues contact a mod to help ...
