Lost my fund.

I am hesham_king.
I was in a one hour battle and we were winning and it was 7k fund i also have premium and my fund would be doubled and i would have got too many crystals. I am really mad. I can't express my feeling. I spent about 200 drugs in that battle. After all of this i lost my fund . I want my fund back as this isn't fair. I want my crystals. I would get them doubled and that's really not fair.
It was an island CP and i played for a straight hour and then lost everything. WHAT IS THAT?
My browser crashed when it was 0:30. That's really unbearable.

Did you get lagged out for more then 5 min if yes that's why Or Did u do refresh in  last 10 seconds or 30 seconds in the end of battle if ur new was slow u didn't enter in battle fast and u lost crystals

Guys i was playing normally but in last 30 seconds my browser crashed and plugin container was not responding then i lost everything. I opened firefox again and opened the battle but it was already finished :( .

oh that's  why  You must be exit from battle  when your fire fox crashed and u lost fund  or When you was going to re enter in the game  you joined any other server or any other link of game so u get left from battle   one of these things must happened that's why ^

Yes you are right when i joined back it was already finished so i didn't take any thing. I am really mad about it.

If you took a screenshot of the whole scoreboard, before the browser crashed you'll be able to get the crystals back. How?

 

Send an E-mail to help@tankionline.com, show them the screenshot of the scoreboard, and demand that  you want the crystals that you should've gotten. That's the only way to get the crystals back, as far as I know.

well, he said there is 30 seconds left, how could he have known his browser was gonna crash? :P Guessing he would be more focused on maximising his fund...

If you lost your fund due to servers' fault, please contact the Tech Support (For instructions on how to contact the Tech Support read this: Tech Support) and give them all the proofs you have regarding the battle you were in :)
