Tanki X — Nickname reservation issues

 I have typed in the email address and I opened the link as the email mentioned but nothing happened. I have heard there should be a message saids "Your email confirmed" but theres nothing pops out from my screen. Please help.post-477060-0-21366800-1454362395_thumb.png

I have tried it serval times but it stays the same as the picture above.

I got a different problem. The "Your e-mail confirmed" screen won't pop up and the miniclip thing never loads 99 out of 100 times.

 

It always says: Tanki Online could not be loaded, please try again later.

If you have continued issues, please contact Support

I have done it like 5 times and I still haven't gotten the email I was supposed to get (and Yes I do have a valid email linked to my account) and I've done everything (confirming that I am not a robot. And all the other stuff I am supposed to do) but I still haven't gotten it (and yes I have checked all the folders including spam)

That window means you have successfully registered. If you did not get this window, you should check your old e-mails for a confirmation from Tanki.  That confirmation e-mail will provide you with a confirmation link. Once confirmed, you can then register again for Tanki X. I had to go back to 12/7/2015 to find that e-mail I never opened. Once I did that, I was able to register.

 

Otherwise, I suggest re-entering an alternate e-mail you own, make sure it is confirmed as stated above, and then try the registration process again.

I am fairly sure you did not confirm your email using the link from the post you got on your email. If you have done all that, and it is still not working, please contact help@tankionline.com . Be as informative as possible, so that they can fix your problem ASAP :)

*Hi I have a problem. I linked my Tanki account with Gmail and Facebook but did not get a confirm email and when I go to the site to reserve my nickname for Tanki X it tells me "please confirm the email that your account is linked to"

If your e-mail adress ends like *****.fr instead of *****.com , it may not work. I advice you to create a new one. :)

I linked this account to an email the very first day i created the tank.  It has always and still is linked to:

CaRiNCi_2@mail.com  it is listed under settings in Tanki also.

 

 

What can I do to make sure I am reserving my name.

You need to go into the email and click the confirmation letter, so it offically links your account to your email. When it needs you to log in to your email to change password or email, then your account isnt linked.

I tried connecting my email with my account to get a reserve for tanki x but it never works. I asked help@tankionline.com but they failed to tell me anything and only told me how to change my password. Then, I looked in the help section and i tried following the steps but it continues to fail. I got the email to verify it but everytime i went into miniclip, nothing changes. Can someone please tell me how to properly connect it?

Having problems reserving my nickname because i am getting a reply that my email is not connected to my account and it is.  I went into settings and removed my email then i typed it back in and saved.  I then went to my email that my account is attached to and there was nothing in my in box to confirm.  I have tried this twice and still not working.

 

What do I do about my confirmation not showing up in my account.  There are other players having same problem with no confirmation in their mailbox.
