I think the new voice-over is downbeat, flat and even a little depressing - i.e. boring! :P

 

Come on, surely with today's technology Semyon should be able to at least do the narration remotely somehow?

 

Or, if that can't be done, how about letting that German community manager (sorry, don't know her name) front the v-log instead?

We can say nothing. Discount before used  to be 50% definitely. But now, they have been trying to reduce them.

No, the so-called voiceovers sound stupid without Semyon! He was the one who lent character to the VLOG, and now, though we have more info, the visuals they display while introducing the theme are plain old dull.

 

This is perhaps the dumbest decision in the history of the V-LOG. Where did our community manager go?

I'm still here hehe, just not in the V-LOGs. Before thinking this way, go check out my first V-LOGs. Those were terrible, then it started getting better and better. Same with this guy, the more we work with him the better his acting will be. And of course, the visual part of the V-LOGs will be developing too. 

 

So why is Semyon posting it then?

You're first v-log was pretty good because the game is russian, the majority of players are russian, and you ar e russian, so you fitted in perfectly, giving the v-log a very russian  atmosphere, which is really good, but american? Could you not find another english speaking russian?

well the deep throat is bad get rid of him..the format is garbage too much talking from staff and less info ..most of the videos shown are old stuff we all ready know about..and for the video of the week fantastic work...other then that i only give it a 2  out of 10 this week ..those sales suck not even worth buying you get more from daily missions and oh yea huge mistake on those..most players have or been doing them daily now we have to make sure there done when they first started you said take our time on them ..this sucks mainly when you give us a 99999 mission that most are still working on and now we loose out cause we wont get them all done

 

i have one account with 3 premium accounts and now i have to toss them out even thou there done..i have no time on them i have 5 with premium each with one ...besides the other one with 3

Thanks for all the kind words, I'll be missing V-LOGs too...

 

Just to clarify, I am not leaving them because I'm tired or anything like that. The reason is a lot simpler. I am relocating to another city, Moscow, due to family reasons. This means I'll be working with Tanki remotely. With all the tech we've got, it doesn't create any limitations, except for ONE... And that is shooting videos and recording high-quality audio.

 

Soo, that's it. I'll no longer be hosting V-LOGs, but I will still be writing the scripts, etc. So yeah, I will not be the face of the V-LOG, but I'll still be its brain, or rather, it's heart, whichever you prefer.

Still I would like it more if we had another commentator from TO 's own team.

 

There would be no need to outsource it ( saves roubles=more vodka!  :) )

and also a slight Russian accent simply fits to this in essence Russian game.
