Early battle termination is back!

Server 1 breakdown most of the time and no crystals are compensated. we are plying like hours and your server breakdown, you dont give us crystals.

Well, I'd think this is overdoing it. If I'm right, the flag limit and CP limit were made mandatory for this purpose. This early termination system has 2 problems:

 

1. A group of friends/ clan taking over battles is now really difficult because they'd only have one minute. A lot of such players looking for challenges would be disappointed by this update.

 

2. When the red timer is shown, why is there no indication of the actual time left in the game? How are you supposed to decide if you can try to rescue the battle or not? I'd have thought this is a very basic solution any good designer/programmer would come up with. The exclusion of this does not make any sense.

 

Just my opinion, the limits on flag cap and CP was working quite well and was a good solve to the problem. This update brings in more disadvantages than benefits.

Point 1: That's why in PRO battles it can be switched off :)

The early battle termination update is very annoying for me and other players because when one or more players leave a team the battle ends after one minute.

 

For 1-Hour battles the early battle termination feature makes battles too short by finishing early.

 

I suggest that the early battle termination should be triggered only when there are no players left in one team.

 

There should be a new battle mode for early battle termination.

 

Please bring back the normal battles: DM, TDM, CTF and CP modes back to normal. I do not like this new update and I find it too annoying.

At first glance this update does appear to be useful, but I also agree with the above point.

 

I like to join battles with at least 10mins left, but not really more than 20mins  - so although I mainly join 15min battles, I would also join a 30min battle with 10-20min left on the clock.

 

If the timer is red, one cannot tell how much of the ORIGINAL time is left - if by joining you would be deactivating the countdown. How much time is left on a battle is a big deciding factor as to whether I want to join it or not.

 

Maybe you need two clocks?

I can't say I have any sympathy for them. In my view, it was thuggery. If they want a challenge, they should play other organized groups, not steal battle funds because they had organization impossible for the other teams to match. :angry:

The question is showing it by the red clock icon - but if it's less than a minute, what possible difference could the exact time make???

Here's an example of what I think he means - or at least, what I mean:

 

I see a 30min battle in the list where the timer is red.  I click on that battle to see the list of players. The red timer has so many seconds to go... If I join now I will cause the countdown to stop.  But if the countdown stops, will there be 27mins left or 6mins left of the original 30mins? I have no idea unless I join it to find out. I like to know how much game time is left before I join a battle.

 

Or am I missing something? :)

Ever since this new update was re-updated and returned to the game, there is a huge problem.

 

Every time when the system triggers automatically, there is a red timer shown on the battles list, which other players can see from the outside. Then when you wait for about 58 seconds since the early battle termination was triggered, a.k.a waiting to receive your fund, a troll joins and plays/leaves (usually leaves), and the timer resets. Well anyway...you wait again, for about 58 seconds... when the battle almost ends, a same (or another) troll joins again, right before the battle would end, and then he/she leaves again... <- This was just an example.

 

That's why, the red timer should be removed from the battles list, so trolls wouldn't be able to find such battles in an easy way.

 

Have you experienced the same problem? Discuss below!

I've had it happen, but I was on the winning team and the guy played for about a minute then left.

I wasn't complaining though, gave me a chance to rack up some kills.

I think its a good idea..but i just dont think its worth spending time on because already ive been waiting for the timer to finish and people join and leave and join and leave just to stop the timer ..its very anoying especially when there is a high batte fund waiting.

 

and like recharged_ray said....i aslo want semyon back in v-logs..its not as good anymore :(
