Random self destructing and loss of enemy kills

So ive noticed that if I am on top of a friendly tank and get off I self destruct and lose 1 kill from my score... Most recent example in superhov ctf under the big bridge I landed on a tank from my team and as I went off I self destructed (ethanisme has self destructed in the log) and I lost my only kill I had made...Any idea whats going on and how to fix it? I was playing with m1 rail and hornet but its happened to almost all my hulls...

That system is called "anti cheat system" and it's designed to prevent jump hackers from taking gold box. According to the devs, this problem will not be fixed. See this post: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=274503&p=4837450

^ Like said, here, it is part of an anti-cheat system to prevent the game from meeting tanks that jump. Just try not to get on top of other tanks too much. 

Also, you lose 5 score everytime you self-destruct. This system was added quite a while back, to make the game fair-ish. For instance, when you spent 15 seconds shooting a mammoth and then he jumped off the map, it is very frustrating, and they got no disadvantage for it. So developers added the system that deducts 5 score, and a kill (In TDMs, it reduces 1 kill from the whole team's score, I.E it goes from 10-10 to 9-10).
