Your rank is too low, by the time u reach Warrant Officer you can post almost everywhere :p

To access all forum topics and post in them you have to be in Advanced group and warrant officer 1 rank. In that rank you can only make topics in Problems and Solutions and in Violators sections. See this topic for more information mate :-http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=257784

Plus, the forum gods want to make sure you have enough TO experience, observed other players, learn the mechanics of the game before you try to give advice or ask questions that would have answered themselves with personal experience. The only way to do that is to play enough to get your rank up.

 

The extra time will prevent you from being labeled a "NOOB," "TROLL" or being called other such names.

 

In the meantime, you may not be able to post, but you will be able to read the other forums and use "search" to have your questions answered.The more you play, the faster you will rank up.

Beginner (from Gefreiter to Staff Sergeant) — can leave comments in “Developer’s News” and “Contests”, can create topics and comment in “Problems and Solutions” and “Violators”

 

General (from Master Sergeant to Sergeant-Major) — can leave comment in all sections of the forum, can create topics and comment in “Problems and Solutions” and “Violators”

 

Advanced (from Warrant Officer 1 to Generalissimo) — can create topics and leave comments in all sections of the forum
