Wait wait wait, you said the exp bar had to be visible for the entry to count, then why does Consolation #1 gets chosen?

#3 is a mistake, isn't it? Bad judging. There were ALOT of other cool entries... (not including mine, ofc).

Pictures could be cropped, but not edited. As proof, he had exp. bar in second image. For it to look good, he cropped it. :)

Agree with #3 though. However, #1 is stellar, I was not content with it just because there were no gfx on. That's it.

Hey man, I took another with the effects on but you guys werent cooperating and ur lasers were not as good. I was surprised I won with that pic too, but hey, im not complaining.

I'm sorry, but I disagree with #3 winner. How is it "cleverly designed"?! It's not at all! You have Shaft vs Shaft battles all the time! I'm not necessarily saying that I should've won, but you should've picked the pics that were the hardest to take. Ones that required quick thinking, excellent timing, and had to retake several times. The "hard-working" entries should be the winners. No offense to anyone.

 

Im sorry to disapoint you sir, but it did take a lot of work to get people to do what i needed.  And the photo has a deeper meaning to it, you need to look past the graphics, and focus on the thought of the photographer. Tru art comes from the heart

I didn't consider the graphics at all. A lot of others and I don't understand what "deeper meaning" you're trying to portray, and so we thought that your entry was "lacking". It seems that N-S understood it, and gave you 3rd.

Congratulations to all the winners. I don't agree with  Bugs.Meeny's entry, however, purely based on its beauty and not the graphics tbh. Clearly, the two conclusions one conceives from Shaft Photography is either a photograph of a Shaft or a photograph taken by a shaft user whilst in scope mode.

 

Consolations #1, #2 and #3 were worthier than Bugs.Meeny's entry. That's my honest opinion. No offense to anyone.
