paint 'Winter' and support for crashed servers?

Ever since I bought wasp to play format battles with it, I wanted that little bit extra protection, because being one shotted is annoying. However I didn't want to get one of those fancy Emeralds, nor the best paint for its price ''Forester'' and Corrosion also isn't for my standards. So I bought Winter on 50% sale for 50k and the next day I tried to play XP/BP but it wouldn't allow me to use it... Quickly opened wiki and was deeply disappointed when I didn't see Winter for allowed protection for wasp m3. I don't see why is it forbidden to use it, and would like to see it allowed. It's just stupid.

Also today I was playing a battle, a bit longer than usual. In the end I would probably reward around 2k +2k from premium, which I got from a mission. However servers crashed and I got none of it. Is tanki willing to start giving us refund for those battles or fix the damn servers? I lost around 10k from these server crashes.

I'm quite sure they have proof written in the ''server disks'' or whatever that is, but it most likely takes time to get all the data and then refund players.

For the purchase of "Winter" paint, nobody can help you. And for the server crashes - I believe that you are only playing on RU1, the server which crashes a lot. Simply start playing on the EN servers and you'll be fine. ;)

 

I seriously don't understand why people think that they are cool if they play only on RU1.

Yea. There are some paints that Tanki must add for xp/bp.. Like tiger too... :(

As for the Winter paint, however, it would be better that you first informed yourself. Can you use it XP battles or not. It is well explained here: Format Battles. But now it is too late - no refund.

 

And as for the problems with RU1 server, many players complain about it, as you can see here: FIX RU1

But I'm sure developers are working to fix that problem.

Unfortunatly not all Rail protective paints can be used on BP, and not even I understand why.

 

As for refund, Tanki did refund not so long ago, but recently, they do not accept any requests about refunds.

The problem with the russian servers is that they are way to overloaded cause of xp/bp battles .if more higher ranked people would encourage other to go to different servers and make battles the servers would not crash as often (although if a server crashes that I'm on cause it is overloaded with high rankers and I'm in a battle someone will have hell to pay :angry: )
