Oh, homeschoolers are better at making friends than you think. I have 10-20 friends, and although I don't see them as often as I would like, I correspond with all of them whenever I can.

Coming back to this topic, I think No. They should be allowed in schools.

 

Having a lower education than your peers means it is harder to get a job later in life. Being bullies, they may turn to crime to survive. 

 

However, they should be separated from the victim at all times and have privileges taken away

Also, I should mention that I find the word Bullying a euphemism to Physical Abuse. There is verbal or cyber bullying, but I find it pretty ridiculous.

As much as I'd hate to admit it, I would certainly agree with you. If we're talking in terms of verbal "abuse", then that is what helped me become more thick and handle curse words as if they're just every day thing, which they are, btw.

 

 

What do you mean you harassed her? Harassment is an offence, so no siht! However, what would be considered harassment depends, so you might have not even done that.

Bullies... bullies, we hate them, don't we? there are a lot of them in schools, they like bullying other kids especially those who are lower ages than they.

 

Why they bully other kids? because to show their power? respecting them? fearing from them? those bullies have mostly a bad life so they want to show something which can make them greater.

 

They shouldn't be allowed to go to the playgrounds at the break time, so that the other kids will play in a non-threatening environment.

 

Should they be excluded from the school? Or do we need to punish them? my opinion is to give them 3 chances, the first one is a verbal warning, they will need to write "I won't bully others again" 100 times. If they made a mistake again, they will receive the second warning: Email to parents stating "please check this email". The third and the last: Kicked from school.

 

Those bullies can be gangsters, thieves, bandits when they will grow up. So, we need a way to learn them in a proper way. We can do special rooms and teach them how to behave and the lesson will be called "Ethics". In that way, some of them might even be kind after that, like a normal child. Detentions won't make them better, instead, it will make them angrier and they will feel that they are hated much more and will be expressing their powers more and more. They can be bad for now on but who knows who would they be in the near future...

As for the OP, I don't really have the right to say (of course I'm gonna say anyways). No, I don't think bullies should be excluded from school, kids have to realize that there are (get ready for pro vocab in a sec) bad people in this world sometime. Perhaps the school guidelines should be more strict though. As somebody said somewhere up there^, some bullies do what they do due to personal issues. If they aren't the type of bully that's like the epitome of evil, you could try to make friends with him. But I'm a noob at this kinda stuff, my opinion doesn't mean much on this topic.
